Civil wars and internal conflicts for about 3 decades. To include: the deadlist conflict since WWII (second DRC civil war), the lord's resistance army, M23, conflict with Rwanda, an ongoing (undeclared) genocide, and about 100 milita groups.
Civil war, attacking UN peacekeepers, drugs and gold trading with other "bad guys" typical Israel shit.
however that was a number of years ago and I understand things are better but there's still issues. So our embargo seems to just be on arms and anyone on the 1533 list while allowing aid and financial support

Politicians think they can get away with this, but their names are still there, in plain view. The machinery is not so big we can't see that.
