Felted Alien Mushroom Eggs (or bowls)

I make these when I'm bored, watching shows. Basic wet felted wool over a circle form (a piece of plastic trash I cut into a circle) with layers either cut in or felted textures using beads, other plastic trash, and whatever I have around.

I would love to see a step by step video!

You can find lots searching for wet felting, I can't make a better video than a lot of the stuff out there. It's all just different variations of:

  1. Lay down wool

  2. Pour hot water and soap on wool

  3. Rub

How firm are they? I love these patterns, especially the white/black at the back!

They're soft to touch but hold their shape. The white/black was just done with random plastic shapes in the middle layers.
