If you work at a print shop you can turn memes into products in an afternoon

I knew the people behind Luckless, they've always been very quick to catch on to the grift.

Fuck that. I don't advertise any products

workerONE@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 357d (1 reply)

You think it's an advertisement? It's not. Is there a better example of incompetence?

DragonTypeWyvern@midwest.social · 5 pts · 357d

You're both based but this statement is absolutely wrong, you're literally advertising and publicly supporting the quality of a product

I’m curious about that foam front.

Looks like the tide is turning on the use of slop imagery. Comments calling out generated images are getting downvoted here, and over on Mastodon AI images are getting faved/boosted more than previously.

Is the neo-Luddite battle lost? Did convenience win out over environmental concerns?

Doxin@pawb.social · 10 pts · 357d

Right but... This isn't AI generated? The stitching is consistent, the text is all perfect, even the stuff too small to read. The textures on everything make sense. The background is detailed and consistent. Would an AI pic have a specific brand of hot press (like one might use to print on a hat) in the background with the right amount of being out of focus?

Yes AI slop is bad, but people calling literally every slightly unlikely picture AI is worse.
