Of course it's going to be repetitive and screenshots of different apps. That's the definition of a meme, and we are in a community called memes.
Sure, it's a pretty low effort meme considering they didn't even take the time to crop it, but the community hasn't gone to shit just because of one low effort post. What a drama queen lol.
