Unpopular opinion, but we need to hold more of these on weekdays. Hundreds of thousands of people taking off work will disrupt the economy and send a stronger message.

The such thing about US is that a lot of people can't afford to do it.

There were some events, for example Good Trouble Lives On on July 17th, but they didn't get as much traction.

yeah, part of the reason it was as well attended as it was is that it was reasonably convenient for people working the standard workweek

Honestly the best advice and prob only advice that works in late stage capitalism.

We have until ai robot workers are the norm to use this lever of power. After that we are all out of a job anyways. Side note better learn how to grow your own food or some 💩

You could also start bringing something to defend yourself with to these things along with masks, gloves, and leaving your phone at home.
