My sleep schedule is completely fucked, whatever time you propose has a nonzero chance of me being either asleep or dead tired. (one of my therapists suspected I might be autistic, but it's extremely hard to get evaluated for that as an adult in my country; never looked into whether I have ADHD but it would explain some stuff, though I have many comorbidities like sleep deprivation and depression which seem more likely as the cause).

Well, chances you have Autism and ADHD are pretty high when you have one of them. And undiagnosed ADHD can easily cause depression. Welcome to the tism-bingo.

Is this really something that comes from having adhd? I've always done this..

This seems more like an introvert thing. If I've already exhausted my social battery for the day, ain't no way I'm agreeing to interact with more people later.

Or, instead of fun, an opportunity to help someone.

Like, I'm down for some hospice, but oof. The bus I'll have to take there only comes once an hour.

Either that or me simply calculating the exact position of everyone in the room and forgetting to listen lmao
