Some cats are a bit balder there, it can be normal and it can be a health thing. My mom's cat has a big belly bald spot and the vet says its cause she grooms it too much, but the vet wasn't able to tell us why she is doing that. My own cat just has a little less hair there naturally ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know it’s a trap…
But I couldn’t resist rubbing the belly.

Is that a nipple? Blur it before the Americans get online.

Bald belly! Is that normal? One of my cats has a bald spot as well, but the rest are fully fluffed.

She's been like that since we got her about 2 years ago. Not to worry though, she gets regular visits to the vet and she's in great health!
