Haven't played Ark Nova yet, but it looks interesting. Not a huge fan of the realistic art, though.

Never heard of this game but it looks neat! I appreciate good construction and those player boards with the inset tiles look really slick.

It's #3 on BGG! Sadly those double layer player boards aren't part of the base game though.
