She still has an uphill battle. I still have yet to see better Spanish language outreach... Immigration policy backlash can bring out an under-polled demographic if the party makes even a moderate effort.
No matter how mad rural voters are about data centers, they still vote R on cultural issues. There's not that many votes to get there. See: cattle ranchers still supporting Republicans as they are financially decimated by their policies. :(
Holdings of U.S. Treasuries slipped to $9.299 trillion in June from $9.371 trillion in the previous month. But compared with a year earlier, Treasuries owned by foreigners were up 2.3%.
Also relevant context are the various exchange rates to foreign countries... Not going to list all of them but here's to a multi-currency index: https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/index/dxy
As well remember this is a nominal number.
Edit to add: the fact that it's going down is not great, but the headline references only monthly which is noisy. Here's also a trend over time from FRED (quarterly): https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/FDHBFIN
TLDR: this might just be a blip, not really any bigger news than the stock market being slightly down any given month. As much as I dislike the current administration don't add this to your doom scrolling just yet.
No one mentioned checking all the seals around the property?
Since the smell is coming from outside, check that all your windows, doors, or any other openings are well sealed. As much as possible keep the bad smelling outside air from seeping in. You don't mention the age of the property, but if it's over 20 years old it's probably leaky af.
You do need some air exchange (clear CO2 & let in oxygen), but if you get it well enough sealed you can then look into an air exchange that you can filter (also reclaim heat / cool).
After that all the air filter & deodorizer suggestions from others will help. But my first thought is minimizing the smell from getting in as best you can.
They see the propaganda, they don't have the time to dig any deeper than "Democrats are baby killers and Trump will create jobs". The message was a lie, but short enough to get across.
Democrats have terrible messaging, and aren't even trying to hit some of these demographics. I've yet to see a good Spanish language mass media campaign. Some from NGOs, but none from the party.
Texas would be blue if they could competently get out the Latino vote... Instead the white rural voters get to enact their terrible policies :_(
The main character has a few lines discussing pronouns. And there's the ambiguous gender / cross-gender attractions. Here's a better writeup than I would bother writing :)
The graphic novelist ND Stevenson wrote the trans allegory long before he came out. When it was time to adapt it for a new film, he was ready to go further.
As a result, EVs now have 28.4% of the total German car market, whereas hybrids have a 28.1% market share. Pure gasoline models ended last month with a 20.5% share, while diesel-powered cars took home 11.4% and PHEVs got 10.9% of the pie.
A 1,200-calorie diet is a restrictive intake level that is generally considered the absolute minimum for adults. Hopefully they were under medical supervision.
Fresh corn tortillas are the best! And there are so many different tacos I don't get bored. Last week was chicken tinga; tomorrow I'm planning pablano con queso: https://www.cookwell.com/recipe/poblano-con-queso-taco
Sweet potato is still establishing (planted after harvesting garlic). Peppers and okra are going strong! And the usual summer herbs mixed in along the edges:

What ever happened to his "Freedom Fuel Network"?
Probably unrelated... /s

For Dallas your jury summons is a DART system-wide ticket on that morning. Then they'll give you a full day one when you check in.

If you're okay with a graphic novel, I recommend Nimona: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nimona
Also has an animated movie adaptation.
Something it's never done? Tech is notorious for spending more than it earns. See: the Dot Com bubble.
Right, if we're talking about humans who are French... One gets capitalized the other does not. "French" is a proper noun "human" is not.
But this is an English rule. If we were writing in French we would not capitalize the reference to the people of a specific nation.

He doesn't see it as too expensive if he's not the one paying the bill :(

Why put only the age of the company in the title? Man I hate clickbait headlines...
You can disable the "unlock on approach" in the settings. I did on mine because that annoyed me the same way.
I also turned off lock when walking away. Sometimes I just forget something and have to run back for it...
Car now only locks or unlocks if I push buttons on the fob. That's what I prefer!
On mobile, but here's a few big ones:
Popular (I'd argue mainstream) I've not seen mentioned:
Florence and the Machine (no one mentioned her yet? Similar style to Fiest)
St. Vincent (again, pretty well known. Won a Grammy in 2025)
Brandi Carlisle (more folk/country. I enjoy her collaborations more than her solo stuff)
Semi-popular:
Lucious (female duo vocals)
Suki Waterhouse
+1 for The Beaches
Edit to add:
Jenny Lewis
The Kills
