Fun fact! Many studies have proven that timing nutrition is almost inconsequential unless you are an athlete, bodybuilder, etc (e.g. differing daily protein intake between 1 dose vs 5 doses will only result in few % variance).

Our biology is designed for wildly varying access to food.

Well if you can consume about 10 kg of honey at once, you'll do fine.

(100g of honey is about 308kcal, and we are looking to get to 21'000kcal, soo about 6'181grams)
