A modest proposal to find some cash to pay federal employees during furlough.
I know a lot of people are wearing some masks in DC. I heard that hardest costume to come by is called ‘The Honest Man’ because nobody knows what one looks like anymore.
If it happened, would anybody even question it?

It'd be so fucking easy to grab a photo of a spirit halloween sign and overlay it on the building. Half assed, not even photo shopped. Would still be better than this slop.
