I feel like folks on those comms would appreciate this meme and they really don't get much traffic ☺️ (or you can cross-post if you'd like, I just try to support smaller comms I like when I see stuff that might be appreciated by them :)
Its not so hard. If you see something you're not interested in, use the "Not Interested" button in the video options.
If you're constantly seeing channels you don't like, use "Don't Recommend Channel".
Just rawdogging the algorithm is like speedrunning the path to depression. You have the power to change this aspect of your daily life. A few extra taps here and there can have a massively positive effect on your day-to-day.
Honestly I deactivated history, which disabled the feed. It felt bold and overkill but actually I don’t miss it one bit. I only look for channels and content I like, my YouTube screentime went down 90%.
