Hmm, looks like some clients that doesn't work on. I can't find the alt text on sync, and I've seen alt text on here before.

Do you know if it was the embedded alt text? Some people just put the alt text in the post body in a spoiler tag like this:

In voyager for example it shows up like this at the bottom:
