Those 30 employees should band together, create "Superstar games", with their new hit game "Grand Theft Spaceman". A game about stealing spaceships, and running crime empires in the same type of universe as star trek, or star wars, or the Jetsons.
Just float out in space, press the triangle button, and enter the space ship, and hijack it. I'm sure no one has used that formula before...
