Sweden that was untouched in WW2 got an enormous boost out of that. The USA too.

But it looks like countries are catching up.

Countries of Western Europe also took their sweet time before they actually joined in. Poland was supported by thoughts and prayers for a very long period - pretty much until other countries were attacked directly.

This is a very confusing meme if you recognize the characters and try to think of how the title relates to their stories before realizing that the actors/characters don't mean anything in particular.
