We're mostly just overworked and overthinking monkeys, going to therapists, eating too much, and wanting to see our friends more.

What kind of treatment do I need if I'm also going to therapists?

Uhm, idk. Hold on, let me ask my therapist:

a big-ass party sub

They seem to be recommending acupuncture. I'm starting to think they may not be qualified to answer that question.

Where I work, Therapists have "Supervisors", they're not like a boss, they oversee our work.

My Supervisor is another therapist I employ so I have somewhere to talk about my work.

And yes, sometimes I do immediately message them after a session, and sometimes the people I supervise message me right after a session 😁

Therapists are human first and they worry about stuff, especially with the stuff we hear!

Hey, at least you can say that your trauma is adding to the GDP. Keeping the dollar strong.
