Which "that" are you referring to? The homeless person's driving skills, the police handling of the incident, or something else? I mean if he was that good at driving it, then once he gets his shit in order, maybe they could take the opportunity to help out a guy who's obviously in need of a job to build a life with. Certainly would give them a good look with the public, I'd think.
