Perhaps be a little less snarky when your link doesn't even support your claim that "the whole idea is false". It just says that it is not stopping developing exactly at age 25, but for some it is earlier some a little later.

Try to imagine that whoever you're talking to is actually in front of you, in the flesh. It should help get back to a somewhat normal conversational behaviour. Cheers
