I had problems with my eyelids due to these little bastards. Gave me near constant sties that no amount of face washing would prevent. Luckily my eye doctor recommended some drops to me that drastically reduced their population. 3 years on and no more sties.

Do you remember which drops?

Lotilaner is a treatment that is used for fleas and ticks on dogs and cats. And looking up the mechanism by which it affects parasites, I learned that it is also used for humans for eyelid mites.
