Yes, but American ICE generally transports you much further, and pays for both travel and accommodations. Hell, they even give you complimentary jumpsuits, a haircut and shackles.
Every Haitian of a certain age would probably call ICE agents Tonton Macoutes. I suggest that we all start calling them that, because that's exactly what they are: violent, masked, lawless paramilitaries who disappear innocent people.
