Everything about Neil DeGrasse Tyson's latest StarTalk screams "I wouldn't like the lemmyverse"

Ever since its concenption, those of us who use the lemmyverse (maybe not me) have administrated it based on all of the very things he says we should watch out for in his latest StarTalk.

Every. Last. Thing.

Ironically (to use an example) all these points he brings up also converged in the "Leni drama" where the accusers who were bringing up all these different points and invalidating people with the opposite points now look really awkward in hindsight, especially the unapologetic ones. Proof that the masses can be in the wrong.

You wanna uh, give some context? Post some clips, a link, anything at all? What the fuck is Leni lol. What were the points? What is the "lemmyverse"? I thought you meant Lemmy but then you said "(maybe not me)", which I thought you meant as in - you're not an admin on Lemmy, but that doesn't make sense either - are you an admin or not?

I swear people's writing these days is so odd, especially those on the older side, like as if it starts in the middle of an already ongoing thought or something, and is based on context we not only don't have, but there is no possible way we could have even if we knew the startalk you're referring to or if you linked it, because you don't even mention who the involved groups are. You sound like my boss who might as well speak in riddles lol.

Star Talk is a serial hosted by Neil DeGrasse Tyson which is kind of like what Hank Green does. He has been talking more and more lately though about the science of humanity and communication. I didn’t know if I was allowed to give direct citations here, but it can be looked up.

As for "Leni", well, that goes back a bit if you've been around for a while.

This reads like a paragraph explaining some obscure teenage drama show.

Would also really love some context here. Probably don't have time to listen to a full star talk any time soon, but if you could just hit the highlights for us, maybe?

I'm familiar with star talk, I was asking what Neil said in the podcast that made you think that he would be against the fediverse
