How the fuck is it possible for Ukraine to be so low on the contribution to international peace and stability while Ruzzia and Israel are so comparatively high? Like how is being invaded worse than being an invader...
What positive contributions to peace and syability have the 2 terrorist states had in the past year?
Honestly this is just one of the several perplexing rankings.

It's not part of the measurement.
The FAQ about what good means or how it is measured has some indications regarding this.
I agree that Ukraine does invaluable good for all of us right now. This Index is simply measuring something different. I assume it would be hard to quantify, measure, and integrate.

For me, his reliance on CCS does more damage to his climate rep than scrapping the carbon tax. There are viable, perhaps even better alternatives to the consumer carbon tax. CCS on the other hand ..
