Does the blue base of the figure not have the manufacturer embossed in fine print somewhere on the bottom?
Also that's really nice for an older prize fig.

Thanks, it is indeed figurine from Sega. Dunno why but when I searched before, all I could find were Figmas and Kotobukiyas. But now Sega is popping up left and right xd
