I don't know the exact situation with Rainbolt, but it's common for stream clip channels (even "official" ones) to be operated by people other than the streamer. Example.
The point here is probably to get "rainbolt" into the title. He could also write "me looking like a cheater for X minutes" but that would not include rainbolt.

This account if fully independently operated btw Rainbolt talked about it on stream years ago. He just lets them because its promotion for him
