The memo identifies the “domestic terrorism threat” as organizations that use “violence or the threat of violence” to advance political goals such as “opposition to law and immigration enforcement; extreme views in favor of mass migration and open borders; adherence to radical gender ideology, anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, or anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; hostility towards traditional views on family, religion, and morality.”

I have the name of the largest domestic extremist group which is also the biggest purveyor of anti-American sentiment, and it's called the Republican Party.

Edit: k so to expand on this because we're having some difficulty with this concept, they're likely going to be starting with lists that have existed long before trump 2, possibly even trump 1. Biden could have not created/destroyed (depending on timeline) a lot of that infrastructure but because he was just GOP-lite here we are with leftists being surveiled and concentration camps on the border.
