No nhlers, appeals to countries where hockey is popular enough to have their own league.

There was concern it wouldn’t be finished construction in time so this means it’s going ahead which helps people who already made travel plans.

NHL’s argument for having smaller rinks is that it makes the game more exciting (It’s just to fit more seats), so we will have uber exciting hockey.
