I can think of a couple news articles over the years in which people sat on their sofas so long that their skin became fused to the sofa fibers and they died like that.
It's even funnier if you've seen the show, and know that she is being sarcastic here. Crazy shit happens at home all the time because her mom, dad, and sister are insane.
