ER? This doesn't look like the Elden Ring character creator. With that chest scar I'm pretty certain this is from Dragon's Dogma 2.

I did think the character itself had a different body mesh, but I assumed it was just modded. The UI looks exactly like ER's. But the weight display there I didn't notice before is def DD2. Oops 😵‍💫
