Would you rather glow in the dark, or slowly get bigger when in water, and then shrink back to normal when dry?

You do not get to turn these powers off, they are always active.

This question was inspired by those toy dinosaur things.

Glow in the dark, because I'll never be in the sun enough to charge it based on my experience with other glow in the dark products

If I had to pick I'd go glow in the dark. Imagine having to grow and shrink every time after getting in the shower. Hell, you might even have to wait awhile before your clothes fit.

Yep, you would have to be one of those people that hangs out naked at home sometimes. Maybe in an oversized housecoat.

Oh boy, the second turns sex into an exponential equation.

Compound Deez nuts

People are saying that in the OG thread too, but unless you're Sting fucking for hours I wouldn't expect it to be a problem.

Your body might grow but your blood stays the same. You'd get lightheaded real quick

How fast do you shrink back to normal? Is it like immediately once removed from water? Once you towel off? Or do you have to hang out in the sun for a bit. Could you keep the size going with like putting your hand in a bucket of water

I'm guessing it's a slow growth process and an equally slow return to size process, given the inspiration. By the same token, I would guess it will happen slightly unevenly if you have a hand in a bucket or similar.

Do the inside of my eyelids glow in the dark?

CanadaPlus@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 252d

Oh shit, I didn't think of that. Yet another reason not to choose that one.

#2 for sure, I've always wanted to be one of those spongy water bottle animals

Square-cube law. Glow.

CanadaPlus@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 252d

Hmm. I wonder how big you'd have to get before you have major problems. Obviously there's at least 2x human variance already.

imagine just chilling out in the bath before your big Bumble date

CanadaPlus@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 250d

Yeah, I'm 7'4".

And then later: My clothes were always poorly fitting, what are you talking about?
