I wonder how much input Carpenter had into this game (beyond providing his name).
That being said I don't doubt that the motifs of the games are inspired by Carpenter's movies, I am just wondering about his level of involvement.
How did they even get Carpenter to partake in this? Sabre Interactive is a recognizable name, but it's no EA.

IIRC, he was actively involved with the development of The Thing for PS2, also. And that is a pretty damn good game for being an older, AA, film tie-in game.

Carpenter has done most of his soundtracks and is currently in a band. So, I'd imagine that he'll contribute to the OST.

I was over here wondering why John Carpenter was even involved with this because my mind kept swapping commando for Avenger which is an entirely different franchise. lol

I hope they used practical effects in this game. That's where his work really shines in my opinion.
