Yeah. This administration arrested Koreans who were building a factory to employ Americans. Why would a Chinese millionaire risk the legal problems of a hostile ICE?
You mean the century+ of open anti-Chinese hostility might be deterring people with comfortable means from moving to a country in active economic decline underneath its AI bubble? I’m shocked.
