Conservative Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch dissented from the opinion.

Good to know only 3 support a switch or authoritarian government.

About 1/4 of the time they throw out a rational constitutional judgement. Just enough so there aren't riots.

The big secret (not a secret) is that the national guard isn't going to follow illegal orders en masse. Trump has been shipping in guard members from other states in fear of this.
