Huh? Why does it matter that they're minors? Femcel is about being loser-core/shut-ins. There are tons of teenage incels too.
The "cel" part is the expectation of being sexually active, but I wouldn't expect that from a minor. Feels wrong.
Celibacy is literally the opposite of being sexually active.
