I first saw it on posters and what not in town and some of the other small towns I've driven through over the last few years. I looked around the Internet after you replied and couldn't find any evidence beyond this. Might just be the local franchises?

They're also a huge blue lives matters organization... I do miss their fresh root beer but I just can't give them money anymore.
