Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez is in Russia, four sources familiar with her movements said on Saturday, after Donald Trump said President Nicolas Maduro had been seized by U.S. forces after an attack on the country.
Her brother, Jorge Rodriguez, the head of the national assembly, is in Caracas, three sources with knowledge of his whereabouts said.

It's obvious now she was in on it. She conspired against Maduro with Trump. The question now is if she simultaneously conspired with Putin against Trump and won't cooperate with him now that she is in charge.

They can travel faster - but you would need one capable of making a 13 hour trans-oceanic flight, plus the crew. I think the time "saved" by a faster-flying plane would be offset by finding and fueling the plane, finding the crew and getting them to the airport? I don't know, I'm not an aviation expert, I'll just going on feelings here.
