Distract from domestic issues: Epstein, economic issues, ICE abducting people in the street, all the corruption from the regime (pardoning crypto criminals because they paid Trump $2B, etc)
I'm guessing it's a reference to how far the piece of glass from the podium that hit Trump's ear as a result of the first assassination attempt was from hitting him fatally if it had been the bullet, which it wasn't.
