I use a system (SDS) for tracking usage, so I'll typically push a blade just to see how far I can take it. I'm not sure why, I just get a kick out of it.
Is the Simpson cream vegan, or is there tallow in the ingredients list?
A morning shave today, living the dream. It is snowing heavily outside, and winter is back. This is my second use of Koké, and I kind of start to get it. It probably is not for everyone, but it is really a nice composition. Well done, @djundjila@sub.wetshaving.social! The old-school stank of epsilon is not a bad complement to the soap, but it might be worth to look for the matching aftershaves in sales.
Second time I dropped the Bingcha brush. This thing is really slippery when wet.
Razor: Koraat 15/16 Full Hollow - Sub Exclusive 'Moarteen' (6)
Lather: Honeybee Soaps - Vetyver - Soap
Post Shave: Barbasol - Brisk - Aftershave
Post Shave: Nivea - Sensitive - Balm
Fantastic! This JNAT edge certainly works great for me. I normally do 3 passes and some cleanups on my upper neck/lower jaw, but I skipped cleanups today because I got it all with the normal passes. Very close shave.
This soap smells really great. It's a light, fresh take on vetiver, and the lather is pretty great, too. Honeybee isn't around anymore.
Wonderful shave with the WR4 today. I've now used all of the razors I have that take AC blades. Tusitala has a fragrance that was created by a perfumer. You can tell. There's a woody, musky nature to it but there's also a touch of citrus, tobacco, and spice in there. Even the Parfum Extrait has a mild to medium scent strength to it, but overall, this seems like a sophisticated scent to me.

Do you usually only use a blade for 4 uses?
How is the performance of that Simpson shave cream?

This is my first shave with Stirling's Bay Rum. It has a good medium strength scent, stronger than other Stirling soaps.
Have a good one!

Yeah, my son sent me some photos of Paris covered in snow. Amazing looking.

Does he live there, or just visiting?

Almost killed this toner. I like this stuff a lot, feels great on my face.
Lonestar and Roam Two combine very nicely together. Would recommend.

Especially if you mix and match!
This Oleo toner is a winner in my book though. I have a backup bottle ready to go.

Yeah, the Noble Otter splashes don't get enough praise. Excellent formulation to accompany the great scents.

For sure, it’s good stuff.
