Post Shave: Barrister and Mann - Beaudelaire - Aftershave
Fragrance: Spearhead Shaving Company - Seaforth! Leather - EdP
This brush continues to impress. I don't even think it's fully broken in yet, but I've stopped soaking it before use. I just run it under warm water for a bit and it's ready to roll.
The first pass was borderline tuggy so I added more water to the lather. That must have softened things up because the rest of the shave was great.
I'm not sure about IRAs, but for 401(k) you can exceed $24.5k of personal contributions by making After Tax contributions.
Then, if your 401k account supports it (Fidelity does, but I'm not sure if it depends on your company), you can have the After Tax contributions automatically converted to Roth.
The problem with After Tax is you've already paid taxes on it, but also have to pay taxes later on earnings (so might as well put it in a normal investment account at that point). By converting it to Roth you don't have to pay taxes on earnings.
This applies to personal contributions. Company contributions and personal contributions combined have a higher limit ($72,000).
This is usually called "mega backdoor roth", and from time to time there is talk about closing the loophole.
Post Shave: Oleo & Company Soapmakers - Facial Toner
Fragrance: London Razors - Mountain Laurel - EdP
Only about 12 hours since my last shave, but it was very enjoyable.
I wonder if I love this razor as a whole, or if I just love the edge which I got lucky with. I guess the edge comes together as part of the whole package (angle, steel), so I suppose it's the razor that I love. So gentle and close.
For reference, this is the razor that I complained about here, which @porkbuttsntaters666@sub.wetshaving.social considered to have some major red flags in the marketing!
It has been a while, but I've learned a lot about IPv6 since 5 months ago.
To recap - you helped me get IPv6 set up on my Mikrotik router, but Frontier only gives me a /64. In this comment you recommended looking into NPT to help subnet my LAN.
I think this is basically what I'm doing, but I'll do some more reading about it. Right now I'm using IPv6 Firewall -> NAT -> some masquerade rules for the ULA addresses I have set up.
Like you said, they don't really reach the outside world as IPv6, since IPv4 takes priority over them.
So just to clarify, you're saying if I assign a random, unallocated GUA in the same fashion, and then NAT it to the prefix from my ISP, that could get around the browser limitation?
Welp. I sort of rushed this shave so I could head out the door for a 10:30pm showing of Super Troopers 3. I was going to be strategically late so I wouldn't have to watch the ads ("previews").
Unfortunately, I was looking at the wrong day and it actually started at 10:10. So I decided to turn around and drive home.
Classic!
Anyway, decent shave. I've already killed the related sample of aftershave. The scent is fine but not really in my wheelhouse.
There are two of these in my little town. One of them was right outside my neighborhood and it got cut down earlier this month and I'm super happy about it.
I posted about them on F-book (it's either that or Nextdoor when trying to reach people locally) when they were first installed and there were a lot of boot lickers. "It helps the police so I'm all for it", etc.
Someone else posted more recently the the mood has shifted substantially since a year ago. People are more aware and more upset about them.
What sort of car are you a fan of? I sort of felt the same way but then Subaru (by way of being owned by Toyota) came out with an electric station wagon that mostly looks like a normal car. It's great.
This has already been debated on the internet and I'm not an expert so I'm giving up. I guess it boils down to what is a "copyright", and if the source in this case (PyLova) has a copright notice that needs to be copied over. That's beyond my expertise.
Edit:
::: spoiler Read this if you want to, but I'm not completely convinced that I'm right
"5". Conveying Modified Source Versions.
You may convey a work based on the Program, or the modifications to produce it from the Program, in the form of source code under the terms of section 4, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
a) The work must carry prominent notices stating that you modified it, and giving a relevant date.
b) The work must carry prominent notices stating that it is released under this License and any conditions added under section 7. This requirement modifies the requirement in section 4 to "keep intact all notices".
c) You must license the entire work, as a whole, under this License to anyone who comes into possession of a copy. This License will therefore apply, along with any applicable section 7 additional terms, to the whole of the work, and all its parts, regardless of how they are packaged. This License gives no permission to license the work in any other way, but it does not invalidate such permission if you have separately received it.
d) If the work has interactive user interfaces, each must display Appropriate Legal Notices; however, if the Program has interactive interfaces that do not display Appropriate Legal Notices, your work need not make them do so.
A compilation of a covered work with other separate and independent works, which are not by their nature extensions of the covered work, and which are not combined with it such as to form a larger program, in or on a volume of a storage or distribution medium, is called an "aggregate" if the compilation and its resulting copyright are not used to limit the access or legal rights of the compilation's users beyond what the individual works permit. Inclusion of a covered work in an aggregate does not cause this License to apply to the other parts of the aggregate.
Thanks. I'm trying to understand where you're seeing the requirement to give attribution still.
I read this section as "if you use code from an AGPL project (PyLova in this case), then you need to:
a) have a dated commit on the project that is using it (PieFed)
b) keep the license the same
c) the entire project (PieFed) now falls under this license (it does)
d) have legal notices about it being AGPL, unless the original source (PieFed, then PyLova, then PieFed again) don't have them.
Then there's a paragraph about aggregate projects and how the AGPL license doesn't automatically spread to all parts of those projects.
So I'm still confused where it's required to say "Mia was the author". All it's saying is "this is AGPL code -- keep it AGPL and make the code available for others to see."

These cartridges usually last more than 10 shaves, but this one may be at the end.
It really enjoy the TTFFC soap base, and this scent is very natural and pleasant. Good stuff.

Enjoyable scent. Good shave.
They have an episode that makes fun of laugh tracks. S12E03.
IASIP is not for everyone. They are purposefully crass, annoying, and loud, but funny.
I also love Parks & Rec and The Office. IASIP is not those shows, but you might like it.

I love the Era.
Although @sgrdddy@sub.wetshaving.social doesn't post here often, I'm glad to see some of his nomenclature and ethos mentioned from time to time.
uBlock Origin, just to reduce any confusion.

Vanguard ESGV is a decent investment. It's like the S&P 500 but with less guns and war.
