Yes, it's a fucking disgrace. Something that would have been considered a pretty normal winter only two decades ago manages to create chaos and disruption for what reason again?

There is no glory in prevention. Also the ones saving money by not being prepared are not liable for the chaos and its ramifications.

Lol this happens every year. If more than 2 snowflakes fall the whole train network collapses.
Our public transport provider still has no clue how to account for weather.
And we have one of the most expensive train networks in Europe.
