Somehow I think the little one is more impressive. Just a little lean for some momentum and the arm extension. The big one is wow! but you can see the whole coil and hip shift generating the power.

It was to settle a beef they had regarding the 2017 world's strongest man competition.
I will say, it takes a lot of spine to step into the ring. Of course, afterwards you will have 2 halves of a spine left but no one can ever call you a coward.
