Could be some sort of chronic inflammation. Because you eat too much sugars and carbs. Could even be pre diabetic. Regular blood sugar spikes can wreck havoc inside your body.
Like I had some sort of chronic tendinitis and it only went away after I started to eat healthier and less often.
