250kg GVWR on a folding chassis is some proper capacity. And ~27kg for a folding longjohn seems entirely reasonable. My Larry vs Harry Bullitt was ~21kg.

First of all, that reads more like an advertisement than an article.
Second, the problem with a non-electric cargo bike is that even if the bike itself is lightweight, the stuff you're trying to carry on it often isn't. Unless you live somewhere absolutely flat, you're still gonna want electric assist.
Pretty neat, though.
