I just cant really do it anymore ive always loved music and ive tried to learn slide guitar because i have messed up nerves in my left hand and i just cant find any instrument that works for me and it just makes me especially sad because everyone in my family plays music and ive always wanted to play something but my brain wont let me ive tried to sing but my vocal chords are fucked up and i literally cant make higher pitches im typing this while crying in my bedroom

I have no musical talent whatsoever, but when I did try learning guitar back in the day, I was well aware that there are ones made for left-handed people. Would this be an option for you? If the nerves in your right hand are fine, you could use those on the neck while strumming with your left hand, since you'd only need to hold a pick

There are tons of artists, including myself that have arranged beautiful music digitally all without playing a physical instrument. That doesn’t make it any less of an instrument. That’s in the absolute worst case.
Realistically, you just need to keep trying different ones. Maybe try going to a well-stocked music store and explaining your frustration. They might be able to point you to some other options to try out on the spot and give you some ideas.
Brass and woodwind instruments can be played without a wild amount of dexterity, having experimented with them in the past. Those all come down to breath control and mouth muscles.
And as for singing, do you know how many artists out there “can’t sing” but do it anyway? That’s like half of my favorite indie music. Who cares what a “good voice” sounds like. Sing your heart out no matter what.
Music is all about individuality and finding your place. Don’t let a traditional sound keep you in the box of “good.”
