tl;dr Snopes said nothing of significance and didn't rate the claim.
They do spend a lot of time regurgitating nonsense. We saw the god damn video!

The defining of internal bleeding made my eyes roll, though my takeaway was more about seeing the lengths the administration is going to spin and slander, and how CBS News is complicit in perpetuating state propoganda.
I haven't yet verified this claim, but there's a possibility that Ross's neighbors allege he was last seen packing his bags and leaving. Noem says he was acting in self defense and was in the right, but it sounds like he's in hiding. Again, I don't know how true that is, but just throwing the possibility out there.

If Jonathan Ross has internal bleeding from being lightly brushed by a slow-moving vehicle, he is made of porcelain and should never be outside, much less starting fights in the street.
But it still doesn't matter because he was only in front of the car as a pretext to murder Renee Good and we all saw it.

Or… They took him to the hospital, but he had no injuries. The purpose of the faked injury and subsequent hospital visit is to justify the murder that Jonathan Ross committed. Remember, the DHS constantly lies.
Also, why the fuck won’t Snopes name the killer? It is widely known already.

He didn't even get knocked off his feet... In icey conditions, might I add.

Good point! He wouldn't have been the first ICE officer to fall on his ass, either.

He got pushed by a car going at turning speed essentially. The only thing injured was his pride and from the actions he took after, his integrity
