The games esthetics are cool but I have no faith in bungo

Also the aesthetic, the one arguably unique and well-done thing was in large part stolen.

Like... Not inspired. More like ripped off and sometimes straight up copied over from indie artists.

for real? you like the aesthetics? like how do you move stealth in the forrest with a neon light weapon? it is an extraction shooter where you I think plan to survive.

It's not realistic and thats not what im always looking for in a game. It's another universe where things are different, like 40k where you have rainbow space meatballs slaughtering xeno scum 🤷‍♂️. It's not realistic, but it's cool.

watched the trailer and I am just confused. guns look low poly at times, yet some rendering overkill with particles. there are forrests and more neon than cyberpunk. spectator cam shows player movement like lego bricks. what is this game?

Based on this original game (dunno if you already knew that):

Original Marathon on Steam

Doom-like sci-fi "boomer shooter". Don't know much about the new one other than the neon jungle visuals from gameplay vids.

I’d rather play the original 90s game than this. Didn’t they steal art from an artist online in the making of this one or am I thinking of a different game?
