She's been on the outs with a lot of the right since she stood again Israel (probably due to antisemitism rather than general concern for Palestinians). She's also not needed now that the fascists have control. It's similar situation with Ben Shapiro, as he's upset that the right is openly embracing Nazis.
She's still on the right. She's still a deeply bigoted fascist pickme, and I am not exaggerating when I call her a genuine antisemite. She's been making antisemitic since before October 7th and was already Shapiro's enemy because of it. Owens hating Israel and Shapiro hating Nazis does not mean they have stopped being fascists. They are still enemies of anyone to the left of Mitch McConnell.
These are not normal people; they are fascist influencers who have done serious harm with the beliefs they've spread. They've are, in their own small yet significant way, responsible for the mess we are in now.
Be that as it is, and obviously they are cynical pieces of shit, discounting the help of the right on an issue is surrendering to Israel. Divide and conquer. Those pieces of shit direct half the country.
We need to cooperate on what we agree on, not be divided on what we do not, that is one reason we are losimg at everything.
It's funny because those exact same people also think "I've never seen this phenomenon before. Therefore, it must be GOD" if the new phenomenon is a good thing.
As humanity entered the found-out-ocene, the peasants began making up new religions to disguise their culpability for burning 2 billion years of carbon deposits in 150 years rather than accepting Nature's wrath.
I'm always suspicious that this is an attempt to divert attention away from ICE murdering people. Same reason JRM made a fool of himself in the House of Commons.
That was my first thought when reading Candance's comments. The sentences feel contrived and use several obvious key words that are used to refer to the ice agency murdering people situation: ice, video, absurd.
Content like this can be used to populate search results to make it less egregious when the actually relevant content gets suppressed. If other rightwing talking heads start plugging similar content, then it's probably an orchestrated strategy, but I have no desire to look for it to find out.
