This definitely seems more cute than mean, at least to me. My partner and I both mash on the keyboard to indicate excitement

It's a common thing in the queer community to say bottoms tend to laugh and react with surprise with keysmashes. As a bottom, can confirm.

That's definitely not a common thing, or a queer thing. Sounds more like a millenials thing (source, am millenials with millenial friends)

Actually explain. On the surface this just seems hostile to queer people. Why would queer people laugh differently and distinctly non-human?
