Spent the extra cash for heated flooring in my bathroom. Zero regrets. I wanna do my entire basement with this stuff.

Am electrician, haven't run this before. Is it some kind of thin-wall 3/8 Carflex by the looks of it?

what happens if there's a clog from buildup of water deposits or something
