It’s humor. “Ha ha, I’m a citizen, so there’s no reason they’d ever need to do that”. That’s the thought process. It’s not a threat, it’s humor for them.

Ftfy. The irony is that a lot of these "white" people are of Polish or Irish descent, and have no fucking clue what their great+ grandparents went through back when America was "great"
