Is TBB blocking tor? I can't load the page on tor...?

Not conciously at least. If you don't have Javascript enabled in the tor browser it might be that you're stuck behind an Anubis challenge. What exactly do you see when trying to load the site?

403 Forbidden

but works fine in firefox
